What we collect

We collect only what you send us through the sample request form: your name, company name, role, country and city, WhatsApp number, email address, and the fabric type and specifications you describe.

We never ask for or store card or financial details on this site.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your business enquiry, recommend a suitable fabric direction, and arrange samples and supply. We do not use them for anything else and we do not sell them to third parties.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to Confort Tex’s internal enquiry system over an encrypted connection. They are never published on the site and are not visible to other visitors.

Cookies and measurement

We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to measure page performance and to see which ad brought you here when you request a sample or tap WhatsApp. IP addresses are anonymised in Google Analytics. For visitors in the EU, the UK and Switzerland, advertising cookies stay off by default.

How long we keep it

We keep business enquiry data for as long as needed to follow up the request and the commercial relationship, after which it is deleted or archived internally.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp.
